  • When do I pay the listing fee?
    Our listing fee is paid at closing and is deducted from the profit on the sale of your house.

  • Do I have to pay the Buyer's Agent commission?
    To incentivize other agents to bring their buyers to see your home, you need to offer a commission to the cooperating Buyer's Agent. Typically, the Buyer's Agent is offered anywhere from 2.5%-3% in central Florida. By offering the standard 2.5%-3% commission, you can avoid lost traffic to your home and expect a faster home sale for a higher price.
